Big Rock Educational Consultants partnered with FWISD at Leonard Middle School. They tasked the leadership team with three targeted areas to improve the student learning experience. These goals were our three big rocks to overcome for the school year.

After meeting with the consultants and the leadership team, I created posters for the school to develop a focused visual as reminders to staff of the campus goals for the school year.
