Lexia PowerUP

Fort Worth ISD Initiative for Middle School and Elementary school campuses has been to increase student's reading levels district-wide. Executive directors tasked campuses with creating an action plan for the reading intervention program to incentivize students and teachers to engage with the LexiaPowerUp Program.

I collaborated with the principal to identify the budget, targets, and timeline for Leonard Middle School's PowerUp action plan. This plan led to Leonard Middle School receiving district recognition as the only middle school campus to consistently achieve more than 50% usage rates and the highest usage rates for middle school overall.
